Add ability to have translated titles with untraslated fields #36

Some titles require a translated part and untranslated part. Example :

Leader of the Anonymous Guild
or
Son of Jane and Joe

Syntax of titles must be:
GUILD_LEADER|Anonymours Guild
SON_OF|jane|joe

and translated part:
GUILD_LEADER = "Leader of the {1}"
SON_OF = "Son of {1} and {2}"
